We started working with The Glenlivet in 2018, and have since delivered multiple projects; from POS concept development toolkits, to packaging and video content for social.
The Glenlivet initially came to us with a challenge to develop a serve activation toolkit that supported their new global positioning - ‘Original By Tradition’ - by demonstrating that The Glenlivet is a brand that challenges the conventions of the category and behaves in an original and disruptive way.
Since then we have gone on to develop the Ice Ritual toolkit, a reimagining of the perfect serve; neat, with water or over ice, a unique and ownable ritual that creates a simple yet a sophisticated theatrical experience.
Additionally, we have developed the positioning and packaging for The Glenlivet Capsule Collection – a totally new approach to enjoying a whisky cocktail – The Glenlivet way.
Summer Tea Collection
Born out of the insight that the global tea market is expected to be valued at over $73billion in 2024, we worked with The Glenlivet to develop new tea serves for their Summer Collection. The tea and whisky combination enforces The Glenlivet’s tradition of breaking tradition; a brand that is unafraid to mix things up.
The new serves recruit new drinkers, strengthen the brands position in premium socialising whilst adopting new occasions and claim the Single Malt highball serve.
Serve Ritual Videos

Ice Ritual Toolkit
Since starting to work with The Glenlivet in 2018, we have gone on to develop the Ice Ritual toolkit, a reimagining of the perfect serve; neat, with water or over ice, a unique and ownable ritual that creates a simple yet a sophisticated theatrical experience.
Creating a New Cocktail Capsule Experience
In 2020, we worked closely with The Glenlivet team to bolster the global launch of The Glenlivet’s Cocktail Capsule Collection, a series of glassless cocktails which re-define how single malt is traditionally enjoyed.
Faced with 2020’s unique working challenges, Missouri collaborated through the Spring lockdown & beyond to ideate & develop a serve ritual, creative assets & product packaging to support the launch.
Missouri also produced & delivered a Cocktail Capsule Collection shoot with The Glenlivet team, to create engaging Key Visuals that spoke to a recently refreshed brand identity.
Successfully Shooting During Lockdown
Facing the unique working challenges that 2020 posed, Missouri delivered a COVID-secure photoshoot to capture engaging and suitably modern photography to showcase the Cocktail Capsules.
Delicate Serving Tools
Missouri crafted a series of serving tools that embraced the unique shape of the Cocktail Capsules, leveraging The Glenlivet’s premium brand cues to create items that were functional as well as beautiful.
POS for On and Off-Trade
The Key Visuals were created to flex across multiple touchpoints and create clear POS designs for the On-Trade that were instructive about the serve ritual, but also aligned with The Glenlivet’s lively brand world.
Print Assets and Packaging
Missouri was also tasked with developing a suite of print assets for the launch, including menus and packaging labels for the Cocktail Capsules.
